Exhibition of Competition Designs

Lischpitzplatz und Bat-Yam-Platz

As part of „Gropius' Kulturinseln”, Alfred Banze, Jérôme Chazeix, Club Real, construct lab, and STADTGESCHICHTEN are developing artistic concepts to revitalize Lipschitzplatz and Bat-Yam-Platz. In doing so, all the artists explore these squares—as places of encounter and appropriation—in their own unique ways.

From November 16 to December 7, the designs will be displayed anonymously in the window of the Gropiusstadt Community Center. Residents and interested members of the public are invited to vote online for their favorites using a QR code. The results will be incorporated into the jury’s deliberations as the voice of the neighborhood. In December, a jury will decide which design will be implemented.
